BACKGROUND Data recorders are primary tools in aircraft accident. The recording of an aircraft condition and operation can provide additional data to reconstruct the flight profile during all stages of flight, enhancing the investigation’s ability to comprehend data during the events leading up to an accident or incident. This information is a critical tool in assisting in preventing future accidents or incidents. Flight data recorders (FDR) and cockpit voice recorders (CVR) are considered comprehensive methods of capturing flight data and can assist investigators in determining the reasons for an accident.
